In-Person Visits:
Our Center is pleased to offer in-person visits in accordance with current guidance from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Family members are welcome to visit their loved ones without advance scheduling, and we will work hard to accommodate all visits, when possible.
Our Center will continue to make every effort to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission within our center. You can help by wearing a mask at all times while in our center. We also support the COVID-19 vaccine and we encourage everyone to get vaccinated. At Living Waters Assisted Living and Memory Care, our mission is simple:
“To help our residents remain as independent as possible by providing personalized support and assistance in an environment that encourages social interaction, friendships and individual choice.” We offer a full range of assisted living and memory care services, delivered with professionalism and compassion.
With accommodations for up to 40 residents, our cozy and comfortable community allows friendships to flourish while our residents enjoy spacious rooms. Our living and dining rooms are great spaces to enjoy meals and social events with friends and family.

- Assistance with the Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Individualized Service Plans tailored to the specific needs of each resident
- 20-bed secure Memory Care Unit for individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia

- Personalized support for persons with mental health and behavioral health conditions and needs
- Medications management
- Hospice services

- Clinical oversight by a Registered Nurse (RN)

Unlike other assisted living communities, our monthly fee is essentially all-inclusive. There are limited add-on costs, which can become very expensive and be unpredictable. Shared (Roommate) Suite: $3,200 per person per month
Private Suite: $6,200 per person per month
